    The Community Heroes Credit is a program created to provide a closing cost credit to homebuyers who serve our local community.

    “Community Heroes” are typically associated with just military, police officers, first-responders & firefighters, teachers, healthcare workers & church employees. Our program goes beyond the scope of these common “career heroes” to also include people who may have a job in a “non-hero” industry, but still contribute to the community through service projects, or volunteer hours at non-profit organizations and/or churches.

    Homebuyers that are eligible will receive a credit to help pay for closing cost expenses on their purchase or refinance mortgage. It is quite simple, with no additional underwriting or delay in processing or closing.
