Michelle Stapleton

Michelle regularly gets kudos from our clients and Realtor partners for efficiently and proactively helping them through the mortgage process. From initial pre-approval, through closing day, she is an outstanding communicator, giving our clients clear direction and expecations. Raised in Sarasota, she enjoys soaking up the sun at the beach, working out, reading, and spending time with her son. Michelle is a legit pastry chef…so our “much more than mortgages” mantra, yeah, it can include cakes if you play your cards right.
Amanda Paratore
Loan Manager
Amanda is our "client concierge" and assists with pretty much every loan. Her super-power is helping others grow and succeed, whether that be our clients, Realtor® partners, or our loan advisors. Born and raised in Florida, she enjoys going to the beach, boating, watching “The Office” (over and over and over…), and all things sports, especially cheering on her alma mater, Florida State (ugh). If you really want to get her talking...ask about her corgi dog, Bowden.
Kelsey Paules
Loan Processor Ninja
Kelsey is one of our processor ninjas. She's been slinging mortgages for more than 10 years, from origination to processing and post-closing. She is ridiculously-proactive and detail-oriented, which helps our team consistently get loans closed ahead-of-schedule. Kelsey is also one of the most kind and caring people, which helps our clients experience actual joy during their mortgage process…yes, clients actually say that about getting a mortgage with us. In her spare time, you'll find Kelsey racing cars (go ahead, ask her about horsepower and her Mustang 5.0 Coyote) or enjoying the outdoors with her husband.
Yani Linares

Yani has been a mortgage advisor for more than a decade, consistently getting ravings reviews from her clients and referral partners. She speaks fluent Spanish as well, and just a very caring, honest and intelligent person. In her free time you will find Yani spending time with her family and friends, traveling and spending time at the beach.
Carena Constantaras

Carena may be part-unicorn. Her mix of intelligence and care for people is rare, and why our clients love her. A South-African Greek immigrant, she has a unique perspective and desire to help people achieve their dreams in and out of the mortgage industry. Carena moved here from Atlanta in 2016 and (unfortunately) is a UGA grad. On weekends, you'll catch her cheering on the GA Bulldogs, showing off her corn hole skills, or enjoying fun in the sun with her husband and fur-pup, Stella.
Stacy Heckman
Client Concierge
Stacy is another "client concierge" whose focus is on our client experience and what we call “care marketing”. She helps our team with logistics of post closing gifts, client appreciation events and communication, and community/charitable initiatives. Stacy was born and raised in Orlando, is a UF grad (Go Gators!) and enjoys cooking in her free time. She has a pretty incredible husband.
Monica Hughes

Monica has been a mortgage advisor since 2011, with extensive experience and knowledge of helping mortgage borrowers go from application to close in an efficient manner. She has worked in various roles of management and loan officer support, including training and managing loan officer support staff. Away from the office, Monica enjoys time with her family, being outdoors, and is an avid crossfit athlete. She's also mama to her Australian Shepherd.
